Jolene’s journey with VHG began in 2015 when she joined Trattoria Villagio as a host. Her enthusiasm, natural ability to connect with guests, and dedication quickly made her an indispensable part of the team. After a brief sabbatical, she returned in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant at our Support Center. Her hard work and innovative ideas led to her promotion to Special Projects Manager.

Current Role: Special Projects Manager

In her current role, Jolene spearheads critical projects, from implementing advanced business systems to leading website development initiatives. Her ability to transform ideas into action demonstrates how ambition and dedication can lead to a fulfilling career at VHG.

Justin joined Trattoria Villagio in 2013 as a pizza cook, bringing with him a passion for creating unforgettable dishes. His leadership skills and commitment to excellence propelled him to the role of Executive Chef by 2015. In 2022, he became the Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Experience for all of Villagio Hospitality Group’s concepts.

Current Role: Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Experience

Now, Justin is part of the culinary team that oversees menu development, culinary operations, and the overall guest experience across our locations. His journey from pizza cook to a leadership role illustrates the incredible potential for growth at VHG and the importance of nurturing talent from within.

Allison’s career with VHG started in 2013 as part of the opening team for Trattoria Villagio. Her passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences quickly set her apart. She discovered her love for private events and was promoted to Events Manager. During this time, she earned her Sommelier Level 1 certification, enhancing her expertise in pairing wines for exceptional dining experiences.

Current Role: Director of Private Events

In 2020, Allison advanced to Director of Private Events for VHG. She now oversees events across all locations, ensuring that each gathering—whether intimate or grand—is meticulously executed. Her story highlights how pursuing your passions at VHG can lead to a rewarding career.
